1980s Bill Blass for Saks Fifth Avenue Mini Dress

This A line Bill Blass dress is from the 1980s and was part of one of his collections for Saks Fifth Avenue. It has pockets a zip back and horse hair hand sewn into the hem to deliver on a wide starchy looking skirt. Cute on its own or styled with a blazer over or silk blouse underneath.
